Job Summary

You will manage the full recruitment cycle—partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, handling offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and candidate specifications.
• Plan and execute sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and conduct initial interviews (phone/video).
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide coaching to candidates.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage and update information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance brand visibility.
• Track recruitment metrics—time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality—and prepare analytical hiring reports.
• Assist with offer negotiation, reference/background checks, and onboarding logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing roles.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard recruitment tools.
• Skilled in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media outreach, and community networking.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
