Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, IT Infrastructure & Technical hiring, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications in coordination with department heads.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. IT Infrastructure & Technical Hiring:

  • Handle hiring for IT Infrastructure roles such as System Administrators, Network Engineers, Cloud Engineers, IT Support, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and related positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and competencies.
  • Utilize technical screening tools and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities effectively.

3. Team Management & Strategy:

  • Lead and mentor recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve performance.
  • Establish clear KPIs, monitor recruitment metrics, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sourcing and interviewing skills of the team.

4. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding:

  • Source candidates through various platforms — LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the IT domain.

5. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to understand manpower needs.
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and analytics to management.
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies and ensure process integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in team handling.
  • Proven experience in IT Infrastructure & Technical hiring across mid to senior levels.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, terminologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong result orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
