Corporate Sales Manager (BDM) Company Overview Established in 1994, Online Instruments (India) Pvt. With a global presence, we specialize in delivering innovative product and solutions, including lighting and AV system integrations. Our dedicated team, experienced in diverse technologies, caters to various industrial verticals, ensuring exceptional expertise and specialized system integration services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager - Audio Visual role located in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore. 1. Sales Strategy & Planning · Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to AV products and services (e.g., video conferencing systems, digital signage, PA systems, projectors, etc.). · Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities. 2. Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, education, government, and hospitality clients. · Identify customer needs and provide tailored AV solutions. · Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 3. Technical Understanding & Solution Selling · Understand the technical specifications and benefits of AV products and systems. · Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to design solutions that meet customer requirements. · Present and demonstrate AV solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. 4. Proposal & Quotation Management · Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and quotations. · Ensure all proposals are technically accurate, commercially viable, and in line with client requirements. · Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers. 5. Revenue Generation & Forecasting · Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. · Identify areas for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing business. · Ensure profitable sales and manage margins effectively. 6. Market & Product Knowledge · Stay updated with emerging AV technologies, integration trends, and market developments. · Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings and pricing. · Attend trade shows, vendor training, and AV industry events. 7. Collaboration with Internal Departments · Work closely with project management, engineering, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support. · Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market insights and client feedback. Qualifications Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Promotion skills Experience in Audio-Visual solutions sales Knowledge of the AV industry and technology Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
