To prepare and publish monthly Recruitment dashboard of open positions Vs Budget Vs Offered position.
To collate, record and administer the CV database
To maintain a record and status of open positions
To organize and publish adverts on Jobs Online, external web sites
To organize candidate interviews
To record, prepare and issue resourcing letters; e-mail; short listing documentation; successful candidate documentation; offer letters; induction & pre-engagement documentation; performance review documentation.
To track and prepare reports on e-recruitment activity and progress.
To track and prepare reports on progress with resourcing processes and the filling of open positions.
To propose and introduce improvements to the administrative aspect.
