Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, the role involves developing job descriptions, maintaining recruitment databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing
• Strong understanding of candidate screening and interviewing techniques
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the HR services industry is a plus
