Job Description

  • Revenue Responsibility through Targeted Lead Generation & Nurture
  • Responsible for executing the Revenue Goal of the year through a sharp lead gen strategy and collaborating with sales through reviewing their performance as well as lead quality to ensure revenue outcomes
  • Responsible for CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements to reactivate leads in database and deliver revenue outcomes
  • Work on conversion hypothesis based lead engagement/ nurture journeys for fresh leads through performance campaigns to assist with lifts on lead conversion rates
  • Work with Alumni programme and team to engage and moentize alumni base through referral, repeat
  • Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.
  • Work on creating and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Past experience in ed tech, particularly in executive education/ early careers will be a plus

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10-12 years of experience in performance marketing/ revenue management, with a minimum of 3-5 years on CRM as a practice
  • Strong data acumen and ability to drive business through data analysis and campaign optimizarions
  • Ability to work in a matrix org with sales teams to deliver not just leads, but revenue outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with CRM platforms for database engagement and lead generation basis lead goals
  • Experience and comfort with lead targets and optimizing campaigns for better lead quality/ revenue per spend KPIs
  • Past experience on SFMC as a platform
  • Ability to align with business teams and aligning goals
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal skills, self-starter
  • Experience in managing team of 3+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,900,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
