We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and entry-level roles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
* Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.
* 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
* Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
