Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Rampur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, addressing client inquiries, providing regular updates to clients, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. The role requires coordinating with various internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
