Job Summary:

The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients to support business growth and revenue objectives. This role involves researching market opportunities, initiating contact with prospects, presenting company solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong sales skills and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, databases).
  • Generate qualified leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Initiate outbound communications via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or in-person meetings.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to support lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
