Job Description

Experience: 3+ years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and preferably in the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment life cycle and industry best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to handle the HR operations as and when required

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT talent.
  • Leverage job portals, social media, databases, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using ATS and internal tracking systems.
  • Provide regular recruitment status reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Support operational functions including process documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and HR operations as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
