What Makes You Awesome

1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO / Sales / Customer Service
You know your way around Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn (and can find talent even in unexpected places )
Cool under pressure – bulk targets don’t scare you, they excite you
People-person with a knack for conversations (yes, even those 50 back-to-back interviews!)
