Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in designing and conducting assessments, if required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the organizations employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Ensure job postings reflect the company culture and values.
  • Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate with candidates to ensure successful closures.
  • Ensure background verification and onboarding processes are seamless.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring.
