We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attract top talent, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on multiple platforms including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Build and manage candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment(preferably in consulting, finance, or professional services.)
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems is a plus.
