About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic hiring at Compucare India Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on workforce planning, employer branding, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will go beyond recruitment to shape the company’s long-term talent strategy.
Job Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to forecast and plan talent needs.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for niche IT roles.
• Strengthen employer brand through digital platforms and industry events.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and structured selection processes.
• Use data and talent insights to guide hiring decisions.
• Drive diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in talent acquisition or workforce planning (preferably IT industry).
• Skilled in sourcing tools, ATS/HRMS platforms, and market mapping.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
