Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
  • Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding great talent


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors / Postgraduate Degree (MBA Preferred)
  • 3-6 years of HR experience especially in Talent Acquisition from the Non-IT Industry

  • Sourcing through various channels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result Orientation with execution excellence
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
