Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and executing employer branding initiatives and strategizing recruitment processes to attract top talent. The candidate should be capable of managing relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Proficient in Human Resources(HR), HR Management and HR Policies
• Experienced in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Knowledge in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education technology industry is a plus

Budget- Rs.30k/month (in hand)
