Originating in the OEM sector, VAMAA offers high-volume manufacturing, focused quality control, worldwide distribution, and logistics to meet OEM customer demands. The company is expanding its product offerings and presence in the retail sector through strategic acquisitions and industry partnerships.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in AV sales or related fields.
  • Proven sales record and ability to meet targets.
  • Strong understanding of the AV technologies (both hardware and software)
  • Experience in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience in the technology or education equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in a distributor-to-reseller format in the IT or audio-visual line of products.
  • Have good relationships with dealers, distributors and resellers who are selling IFPD (Interactive Flat Panels) for conference rooms, corporate offices, colleges or schools.
  • Should be able to present and demonstrate the audio-visual solutions.
  • Should be able to connect with the end consumers and help the partner close the deal.

Location: Noida, Sector 65

Maximum Budget: 45k/month
