Role & responsibilities Manage daily work at the site and make sure tasks are completed on time. Work with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to get materials and finish the work. Read and follow architectural drawings, layout plans, and BOQs. Check quality, safety, and finishing of the work on-site. Keep daily site records and share updates with the management team. Manage labor and solve on-site problems quickly. Work closely with the design team and project manager to ensure the design is followed properly. Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge of interior materials and finishes. Able to read and work with AutoCAD drawings and layout plans. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and ability to solve problems. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and carpentry is a plus.
