Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Meet architects, consultants, and project authorities for product presentations, specifications, and relationship management.
  • Visit project sites to understand site conditions and requirements firsthand.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, area mapping, and client meetings.
  • Focus on residential wooden doors and engage with builders for business development.
  • Develop new customers and territories while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Highlight product features and advantages to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and sales pipelines in CRM software.

Submit regular sales reports as required by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the door or building materials industry.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Open to candidates from other industries with a passion for field sales.
