About the Role:

Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team ensuring timely and quality delivery of hiring requirements.
  • Drive day-to-day operations including recruitment forecasting, planning, and process optimization.
  • Monitor and enhance team productivity, especially in a night shift and remote/hybrid setup.
  • Create and implement strategies for

    employee engagement

    ,

    training

    , and

    retention

    .
  • Work closely with

    US clients

    and internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with business needs.
  • Partner with the

    Transition Team

    on HR projects and seamless process implementation.
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards by applying

    Six Sigma/Lean

    methodologies for process improvements.
  • Own

    performance management

    ,

    succession planning

    , and

    skill development

    for team members.
  • Design and monitor recruitment dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights for business reviews.
  • Develop rotation models for a 7-day workweek team ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage escalations and drive resolution of complex recruitment or client issues.
  • Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the TA team.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 13–20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong expertise in

    US recruitment

    and

    blue-collar hiring

    .
  • Proven

    team leadership

    experience handling large recruitment teams (30–40 people).
  • Excellent

    client management

    ,

    outbound/inbound calling

    , and

    people management

    skills.
  • Strong knowledge of

    US geography, time zones

    , and

    labor market trends

    .
  • Expertise in sourcing methods, including

    Boolean searches

    and use of

    job boards

    like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
  • High proficiency with

    Microsoft Office Suite

    and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in

    night shifts (EST/PST)

    and manage rotational schedules.
  • Strong communication skills with

    neutral accent

    preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for

    developing high-performing teams

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Additional certifications in HR, recruitment, or process excellence (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
