- End-to-end Talent Acquisition for automotive industry roles
- Strong stakeholder management, including coordination with AVP/VP/COO/CEO-level leadership
- Drive campus hiring initiatives and build strong campus relationships
- Maintain and manage recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics
- Work closely with recruitment vendors and manage external hiring partners
- Collaborate with global teams, especially in Austria and Germany, for hiring alignment and communication
- Must have relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the automotive industry
- Well-versed in engineering hiring, technical center hiring, and software hiring
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with professionalism
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in international coordination is a plus
- Preferred male candidates
