Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Executive who excels in head hunting, company mapping, and niche talent sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring top talent across multiple functions through innovative sourcing techniques and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
  • Utilize head hunting, company mapping, and networking to identify passive candidates from target organizations.
  • Perform detailed market intelligence and competitor mapping to identify potential talent pools.
  • Develop and maintain a database of industry professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job fit and organizational culture.
  • Manage candidate engagement and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in head hunting and company mapping.
  • Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics and competitor insights.
  • Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or consulting environments.
