Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive (1–4 years experience)

What You’ll Do:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for sales and business development roles.
Source and screen candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
.
Partner with hiring managers to meet business requirements.
Handle
lateral and volume hiring
independently.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

1–4 years of
TA experience
, preferably in BFSI, HealthTech, FinTech, or startups.
Hands-on experience hiring for
sales, field, and telecalling profiles

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
