Job Overview To drive the talent acquisition process for our Insurtech startup, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in SaaS and Insurance Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership roles. This role will be instrumental in building a high-performing organization to support our growth. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and TA : Utilize a variety of channels, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage passive candidates Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to network with potential candidates Continuously evaluate and improve our talent acquisition processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience. Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for optimization. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in the SaaS and Insurtech sectors. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Experience: 2+ years for Specialist experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the insurance industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws. Data analysis and reporting skills.
