Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment efforts for Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership & senior roles in our Insurtech / SaaS startup. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that will shape the backbone of our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, operational execution, and exceptional employer-brand sense.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities, role profiles, success criteria, and timelines.
  • Own full recruitment lifecycle for GTM / leadership roles & proactively build and maintain strong candidate pipelines so that critical roles can be filled quickly.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry job boards, referrals, agencies, networking & headhunting.
  • Represent BimaKavach externally to strengthen the employer brand at career fairs, industry meetups, social media, and partnerships.
  • Ensure a best?in-class candidate experience at every stage: timely communication, feedback loops, alignment with company culture.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, acceptance rate, candidate quality, diversity, etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes: refine screening criteria, interview structure, decision process, use of ATS / tools.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with relevant labour laws, data privacy, and internal policies.

Experience And Required Skills

  • 24 years experience in leadership and lateral hiring within SaaS and/or Insurance GTM roles.
  • Prior insurance industry recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Keka preferred), LinkedIn Job Ads, and sourcing tools.
