Job Description

1. Recruiter: Sources, screens, and selects candidates for open positions, often working closely with hiring managers.2. Talent Acquisition Specialist: Develops and implements recruitment strategies, manages job postings, and coordinates interviews.3. Recruitment Coordinator: Assists with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate databases, and communicating with applicants. Responsibilities1. Sourcing and Screening: Sources candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screens resumes and applications to identify top candidates.2. Interview Coordination: Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.3. Candidate Relationship Building: Builds relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization's employer brand.4. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire. Provides insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process. Requirements:- 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.2. Experience: 5-15 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
