About the Role

Customer Support Associate

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, AHPs, HCAs, and hospital staff) efficiently and professionally.
  
• Respond to queries related to healthcare services and provide accurate information.
  
• Address and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive caller experience.
  
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date call logs.
  
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.
  
• Maintain compliance with healthcare industry standards and company policies.
  
• Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction targets.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (UK process preferred).
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls and delivering efficient support.
  
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  
• Strong multitasking, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Graduate in any discipline.
