About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring for multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a great candidate experience, and partnering closely with business leaders to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across levels and functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business heads to understand role requirements, organizational structure, and business priorities.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline building for critical and niche roles.
  • Ensure a strong employer brand presence through social media and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct HR discussions, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership visibility.
  • Manage vendor relationships (if applicable) and ensure adherence to hiring budgets and timelines.
  • Champion diversity hiring and inclusion initiatives across all business functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or agency background).
  • Proven success in hiring for mid to senior-level roles across business, tech, or support functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics.
  • Self-driven, high ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment will be a strong plus.
