Job Title: Python Developer (35 Years Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable applications, APIs, and backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, solid knowledge of Python frameworks, and experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Python applications.
  
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and front-end teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code while following coding standards.
  
• Manage and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
  
• Implement security and data protection measures.
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices in Python development.
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Python Developer.
  
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and REST architecture.
  
• Hands-on experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
  
• Experience with asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  
• Familiarity with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) or ML frameworks.
  
• Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
