HR Business Partner - Financial Services

Position: HR Business Partner (Senior Level) Location: Hyderabad, India About the Company: A leading global alternative asset manager with a strong presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. The firm specializes in credit, private equity, real assets, and listed equities, backed by a strategic partnership with one of the largest global investment platforms. The firm is now expanding its India operations and is looking for senior HR leadership talent. Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with leadership teams to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives supporting business objectives. This role will involve employee engagement, talent management, capability building, change management, diversity and inclusion (DEI), and operational HR excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. - Lead initiatives in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development. - Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. - Execute employee retention strategies and build frameworks like EVP and Stay Interviews. - Deliver strategic HR consulting on organizational design, transformation, and capability building. - Use HR analytics and dashboards to drive decision-making and business insights. - Support global HR projects and change management initiatives. - Act as a key HR advisor to leadership across India operations. Candidate Profile: - 7-13 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in strategic HR consulting, business HR, talent management, employee engagement, and change management. - Prior experience in multinational financial services, consulting, or technology organizations preferred. - Strong exposure to HR process design, transformation projects, and senior stakeholder management. - MBA/PGDM in HR from a top-tier institution preferred (e.g., IMI Delhi, IIMs, XLRI, MDI). - Hands-on experience with HR tools like SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, and HR analytics platforms.
