Talent Acquisition Partners attract and acquire top talent, align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives, and build a strong workforce. They collaborate with senior management to determine recruitment needs, including identifying skill gaps and future hiring requirements. They Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract and retain top talent including creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong employer reputation. - Grade Specific Talent Acquisition Partners at Grade C define the local Talent Acquisition strategy based on global guidelines and steer its execution. They collaborate with local business leads to determine the best levers to answer recruitment needs. They ensure consistency in Talent Acquisition approacheson their perimeter. They ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. They possibly manage Talent Acquisitions professionals. They are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.
