Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications via the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Schedule interviews with hiring teams and coordinate feedback collection. Extend job offers and initiate pre-employment background checks. Maintain recruitment data, metrics, and reports. Onboarding Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities, including welcome emails, orientation sessions, and paperwork. Prepare new hire documentation, IT setup, and workspace arrangements. Introduce new employees to teams, HR policies, and organizational values. Monitor onboarding progress and collect feedback from new hires and managers. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory onboarding requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding. Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
