Job Description

Responsibilities: Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured). Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
