Domestic IT Recruiter


Exp: 2-5 years


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Use

    Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

    effectively to source qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and evaluate technical/functional fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job roles, salaries, and joining dates.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.

  • 2–5 years of experience as a

    Domestic IT Recruiter

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    Naukri (must)

    LinkedIn recruitment

  • Good understanding of various

    IT technologies
