*About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior IT Recruiter with strong consulting-industry hiring experience. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, meets committed targets, and works under pressure without compromising quality or productivity.

*Important:* This role is *strictly NOT for US IT Recruitment*—only domestic IT recruitment experience will be considered.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end *domestic IT recruitment* including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and on boarding candidates.

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

* Source talent using job portals, social media, referrals, internal databases, and networking.

* Conduct initial HR screening, evaluate technical fit, and coordinate interview processes.

* Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple open positions simultaneously.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets consistently.

* Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

* Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment trackers.

## *Required Skills & Experience*

* *4 to 7 years* of experience in *domestic IT recruitment* (Consulting/Staffing background preferred).

* Proven ability to work in a *target-driven and high-pressure environment*—without feeling pressured, while delivering quality results.

* Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job market trends, and sourcing tools.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring mandates at once.

* Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and resilience.
