Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team in Roorkee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance advisors.
• Drive sales targets through advisor productivity and performance management.
• Monitor and support advisors in achieving their business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long-term retention.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with the branch team to support business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, BFSI, insurance, or field marketing.
• Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred Background

• Experience in life insurance sales or agency recruitment is an added advantage.
• Local candidates from Roorkee or nearby regions preferred.
