Role & responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Managing recruitment lifecycle and coordination
  • Joining formalities and employee documentation
  • Onboarding and induction processes
  • Payroll coordination and support
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Day-to-day HR operations and support

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
