Job Role: Talent Acquisition Manager Experience: 9+ years of relevant experience Position Type: Permanent No of Position: 1 Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: 5 days a week, work from office. Notice Period: Maximum 10 days. Budget: 18LPA Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, end-to-end recruitment strategies from sourcing to onboarding for: o Technical roles in Data Engineering, Data Science, Digital Commerce, Cloud Engineering, Testing and Automation o Techno-functional Business & Support roles for Leadership Positions, Middle Level Managers and Freshers • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and occasional on-site visits to understand hiring plans, evolving talent needs and ensure alignment • Build and manage strong external vendor partner ecosystems (colleges, job boards and staffing providers) • Forecast hiring needs for new and existing client accounts based on business growth plans • Oversee, manage and involve in all stages of candidate onboarding experience (including screening applications, conducting interviews involving internal panellists and client stakeholders with timely communication / collaboration across the board) • Manage, train and evaluate team of recruiters • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness, select best talent and onboard them in coordination with panellists and HR Generalists • Ensure 100% adherence to recruitment SLAs & KPIs by closely monitoring recruitment funnel to meet & exceed hiring benchmarks • Introduce innovative sourcing strategies using digital platforms, social media, employee referrals, and talent communities. • Work closely with Marketing team to publish open positions across diverse digital sourcing avenues ensuring adherence with employer branding guidelines Experience • A self-driven individual with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in lead talent acquisition roles in B2B & B2C companies • Demonstrable experience and thought leadership to strategize full recruitment lifecycle and employer branding initiatives for all roles • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others • Capture recruitment metrics and provide strategic insights with regular reporting to Executive Leadership on recruitment health, plan to action, flag risks early on, and potential opportunities • Ability to be strategic and tactical in decision making • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute • Excellent in MS Office and/or equivalent tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable insights / programs • Ability to groom and grow team of junior and mid-level recruiters Show more Show less
