Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our consulting recruitment efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, team management, and talent strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner)

Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies

Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations

Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives

Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize processes and provide actionable insights

Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR/People teams

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience

Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in consulting recruitment

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on consulting or professional services hiring

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Demonstrated success in building and executing talent strategies

Experience in diversity recruitment and university/campus hiring is a plus

Familiarity with ATS and HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data
