Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Leadership:

    Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for high-volume BPO hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strategy Development:

    Design and implement bulk hiring strategies tailored to the specific needs of the BPO sector.
  • Team Management:

    Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and ensuring targets are met.
  • Vendor Management:

    Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies or vendors to support bulk hiring efforts.
  • Data Analysis:

    Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience) to optimize processes.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Branding:

    Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals, to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Maintain a strong understanding of the BPO industry, including its trends, compensation benchmarks, and key skill requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Proven experience in large-scale or bulk hiring, preferably within the BPO/call center sector.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
  • Leadership:

    Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong data analysis skills to monitor recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

    Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • BPO Specifics:

    Experience in hiring for both voice and non-voice processes, and for domestic and international roles.
