Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage
leadership hiring
(GM/VP/CXO level) across key verticals such as operations, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and technology.
Drive succession planning and internal talent movement across critical roles.

Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and department heads to understand talent needs and proactively build hiring plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and business leaders on hiring trends, talent availability, and market intelligence.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior roles across stores, regional offices, and the corporate team.
Optimize sourcing strategies using headhunting, networking, internal referrals, and vendor partnerships.
Establish recruitment KPIs and manage team performance metrics

Spearhead employer branding initiatives via digital campaigns, career pages, and industry events.
Build a compelling EVP (Employer Value Proposition) aligned with the companys mission and culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate degree in HR / Business Management (MBA preferred).
Minimum
12 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition with at least 35 years in a
senior managerial or strategic role
.
Deep understanding of the
retail talent ecosystem
(including hiring for frontline, mid-management, and leadership roles).
Strong exposure to hiring across multiple locations and regions
Proven track record in managing
executive search mandates
and building leadership talent pipelines.
Experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
