Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for

  non-technical roles

  across multiple functions.
• Design and implement effective hiring strategies to meet headcount targets within timelines and budgets.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Drive high-volume hiring through a mix of sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and manage candidate pipeline efficiently.
• Coordinate and host

  walk-in drives and campus hiring events

• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track hiring metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Work with external agencies and vendors when required.
• Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices in non-tech hiring.

Key Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in

  volume and lateral hiring

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ATS and sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
