Job Summary:

bulk/volume hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute

  bulk/volume hiring

  drives for frontline, junior, and mid-level positions.
• Collaborate with

  business stakeholders

  to forecast manpower needs and build hiring strategies accordingly.
• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Own and streamline the

  offer management

  process: salary negotiation, offer letter generation, documentation, and pre-onboarding engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the hiring and offer process.
• Analyze hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and implement process improvements.
• Provide timely reports and dashboards to senior management on hiring status and offer conversion.
• Maintain data on regular basis

Key Requirements:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication
• Proven experience in

  high-volume recruitment

  across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of

  offer management

  processes and HR systems/tools (ATS/HRMS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must
• Experience in staffing agencies, BPOs, or large-scale hiring setups is a plus.
