Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our pharmaceutical business. The role requires deep understanding of pharma-specific roles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmaceutical roles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  
• Build talent pipelines for critical functions such as R&D, QA/QC, RA, Manufacturing, and Sales
  
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements across units
  
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies via job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, campus hiring, and referrals
  
• Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure strong cultural fitment
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and audit requirements
  
• Maintain candidate data, dashboards, and recruitment metrics using ATS tools
  
• Assist in employer branding, talent marketing, and recruitment campaigns
  
• Coordinate offer management, negotiation, and joining formalities
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Life Sciences, or related fields
  
• 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  
• Strong understanding of pharma functions, terminology, and hiring trends
  
• Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hiring for R&D, QC/QA, Regulatory Affairs, F&D, Manufacturing
  
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation in a regulated industry
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
