Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Pune, Koregaon Park. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The role involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Min 5+ yrs of Experience in Core Talent Acquisition - Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, Candidate onboarding. Expertise in Employer Branding & Campus hiring preferred Strong organisational, MIS & communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and mass hiring Experience with using applicant tracking systems (ATS)/ Linkedin/ Naukri/ Recruitment Consultants/ Campus Experience in the D2C industry and, retail industry is a plus Show more Show less
