✨ We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager ✨

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan | Full-Time

We are looking for someone who loves finding the right people and building strong hiring systems from scratch? Looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join Eddie Teddie & Co. and build our team from the ground up 😇 🎗️

What you’ll do:

1. End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

2. Build local hiring channels: college tie-ups, job fairs, WhatsApp/Facebook groups

3. Create structured hiring processes & maintain candidate pipelines

4. Assist in onboarding & employee engagement

5. Plan and eventually lead a small recruitment/HR team

Who we’re looking for:

1. 3–6 years recruitment experience (startups/SMEs preferred)

2. Experience hiring for non-metro / Tier 2–3 cities is a plus

3. Excellent communication, organised, and self-driven

4. Passion for people and problem-solving
