Job Description

ATLAS SkillTech University is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can own and drive the full recruitment cycle for both academic and non-academic roles. This role is about working closely with department heads and senior leadership.

What the role covers:
You will lead hiring end-to-end – strategy, sourcing, interviews, coordination, and onboarding. The job needs a solid understanding of UGC/AICTE guidelines, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build a steady talent pipeline for a growing institution. You will also work on employer branding, candidate experience, and compliance across both campuses.

Who fits well:
Someone with around 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to higher education or any sector with strong compliance requirements. Strong communication, decision-making, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders are key.
