Talent Acquisition Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to head our recruitment efforts for the Chennai office. This role requires strategic oversight of the hiring process, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team. Candidates with prior experience in the oil & gas or engineering services sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles in the Chennai office, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging industry networks, job boards, and social platforms.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.

• Process Optimization:

• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Implement best practices in talent acquisition, especially tailored to the oil & gas and engineering services domain.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of hiring across levels, especially in technical and engineering domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in oil & gas or engineering services industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and data-driven hiring practices.
