We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns who are passionate about recruitment, sourcing strategy, and human capital development. As a TA Intern, you will work directly with our recruitment and delivery teams to support hiring for high-priority roles in Engineering, Digital Health, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Build a strong talent pipeline across India, Ireland, US, and EU geographies

• Research, shortlist, and maintain “Top Picks” candidate lists for high-demand roles

• Screen resumes and coordinate with senior recruiters for initial outreach

• Assist in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, job board screening (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)

• Support candidate tracking, CRM updates, and interview coordination

• Help draft and post job descriptions across platforms

• Prepare candidate evaluation sheets and reports for hiring managers

• Maintain databases of active vs passive candidates across job families

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Strategy

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Excel/Google Sheets, ATS (preferred)

• Excellent research, organisation, and communication skills

• Self-driven, professional, and able to manage multiple roles at once

• Passionate about startups, engineering, healthcare, or MedTech industries
