Associate Product Owner !

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

NovintiX is looking for an experienced Associate Product Owner – SC Digital Applications to join our growing digital team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital supply chain solutions by leading cross-functional global teams, collaborating with business and tech stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of agile software initiatives in the MedTech space.

🔧 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Own end-to-end delivery of supply chain digital solutions

• Lead global cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage product backlogs

• Oversee UX/UI architecture and digital product development

• Manage E2E project scope including budget, risk, and schedule

• Drive feedback loops between business and engineering teams

• Ensure compliance with QSR, safety, and environmental regulations

• Inspire and coach teams to adopt continuous improvement culture

🎓 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 8+ years in digital product development

• Strong understanding of data analytics & visualization tools

• Experience with Agile and sprint-based software delivery

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work effectively across EMEA and NA time zones

• Proven leadership experience in matrix organisations
